These numbers are provided by "reputable"service providers and are used (mostly) by independent marketeers on commission from large companies (e.g. BT, Sky, British Gas, etc.) to push products. I do NOT understand why TPS, ICO, or anyone else seems to give a proverbial **** about the nuisance these people are when you have taken every precaution to avoid them.

Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. I gave him a mouthful and put down the phone. But he called back within 5 minutes. This time my hubby took the call and he asked for me (he knew my name) .When my hubby refused he started being abusive to him as well. Just received a call from this number on my home phone. The man had annindian accent and said his name was Paul Simon and that the call was regarding a car accident! He said I could get 5k! I suppose he wanted my bank details?

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around.
