Claimed to be from "Windows Support", but nothing to do with Microsoft, and they had noticed illegal activity on my browser and email. Female asian accent. Asked her to spell her name "genffer dalton" (she could not spell it correctly). Knew my name!! When asked her to repeat a question she said "you an idiot" and disconnected, which proved to me that it was not a "professional" call.

I asked who they were and she said they were the manufacturer trying to contact me about a recall; I told them to write to me and she said they had but I hadn't replied. Then asked for my email so they could send me a Customer Satisfaction Survey about the call.
