Sick of these telemarketing calls, I get an average 6 day, goin to change my number

asking about my accident at work that i never had. hung up when i asked for more details to report them.

This number keeps ringing me up to six times per day, but as I do not answer until phone has rung four times, by the time I answer there is no one there. I am getting extremely fed up with this.

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". Scam- claim to be working for a company near by and came across my number ( after checking sky shield this number had been calling my phone for the last 4 days whilst I was out) . They claim to save your current BT bill ( even though I am with sky talk talk and pay for the phone ). Don?t argue with them as they get really rude. Just hang up and block them

CLC holidays. Telling you won on of 5000 holidays, if you pay deposit and travel to Cheltenham for hard sell session. Holidays are self catering in not great location resorts which you can get cheaper elsewhere on very restricted dates. So genuine but nuisance.

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. Missed the call. The call came in at was just before 9pm. Even (I’m not saying this is but) if this was a valued call to be made, to ring at such an hour, is a joke. I say if you think you owe money contact the company yourself. Too many scams going on at the minute to be trusted answering unknown numbers.

Call to my rarely used mobile about my recent accident - I answered that I did not have any recent accident. Caller did give a company name but too fast to recall it. Obviously prospecting for accident claims insurers and completely bogus.
