Automated voice messaging informing that £500 for gambling + another amount was taken from my account. I replaced the handset after being instructed to press 1, 2 or 3. Checked my account none the less. It was definitely a scammed call.

01782255761 is a scam caller supposedly from BT Internet, Indian accent and wanted to download software onto my PC.

I received a call from 01174418934, rang two times and I picked up, then they hanged up. Highly likely that this is a scam or fraud attempt -- the real fraud will begin when/if you call them back. I do not recommend calling back this number. Fraud SPAM SCAM

Banking scam. Recorded message alerting you to two payments supposedly made on your card and asking you to press 1 to speak to someone.

This number called claiming we had poor internet connection, very persistent insisting I go into my emails whilst he was on the phone. Our connection only checked the day before was fine. Be aware of this.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. Trying to suggest that two sums of money had left my account. Usual request to press a key. No introduction, no company or bank name. Very poor scam attempt. It may fool some people.

Scam recording threatens imminent legal action...HMRC would not do this via a phone call msg, automated or otherwise! Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.

Visa payment scammer. Automated message claiming that a payment made on your Visa account. Potentially highly malicious.

SCAM - Missed the call and dialled back. Automated message confirms company name as Equifirst. Further investigation seems to suggest it is a scam online investment racket. There is a legitimate company with the same name selling horse feed, but they are not located in the UK nor have an 020 number. Avoid!
