Phones my number regularly, I finally answered and a lady with an Indian sounding accent said Hello, I said Hello back and waited and she hung up.
Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. SCAM - Have had varying numbers 02922 770715, 02922 770237, 02920 770128, 029220770716 calling everyday for the last month or so. They claim to be an energy company trying to frighten you regarding loft insulation. This is obviously a scam trying to lure people into parting with their hard earned cash whilst annoying them with phone calls everyday!!! If you have any numbers call similar to those mentioned above.. IGNORE THEM or preferably BLOCK THEM !!!!!

SCAM Over the last week I have had calls from this company who purports to be from Amazon stating that a certain amount of money will be taken and press 1 to cancel and 2 to speak to an operator - do not do either HANG UP - Checked with both Amazon and bank they would not leave message like this. Also for reference they also use 0204 520 3908/0204 5203909 and 0208 194 2753. The scripts are slightly different stating that £00 will be taken for Amazon and £1100 bank transfer. Do Not engage with them

Caller claimed to be from BT openreach calling about internet issues. They asked me to run a speed test and when I said I had 69 download and 18 upload they said that the difference was an issue. When I pointed out that it was always like that, and wasn't supposed to be the same they hung up. Obviously a scam.

When I answered the call a man said he was calling from a security company which installed alarms etc - I said I was not interested and he said ok and I switched off phone. It was to my mobile number which I have only given to friends and family - cannot understand how I am now getting calls on this phone mainly from phones which appear to be in the North of England. Lots of times no-one answers but equally I do not answer most of them as presume they are scams
