The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. Automated mail saying there had been charges to my bank card. Checked online banking and can't see anything. Will obviously monitor my account but my bank would have called me from a corporate number surely!

Santander fraud line scam wanted me to enter a 3 digit code!

SCAM Missed a call from this number, tried to call it back and an American voice says 'this number is not in service. Please check the number and try again' so whoever it is, is obviously using a spoof service to attempt to scam people. If they wasn't trying to scam people, then they would have a legit phone number!

Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.

After looking into this more, turns out this number is linked to what is known as a locksmith scam. They will over charge and drill out your lock and damage your door instead of just lockpicking it. They are not on the MLA Approved Locksmiths. Although, if you are happy of being overcharged as hell, I am a victim of this scam, but they did come out within 15 minutes, gotta give them that.
