Rang to say she didn't want anything from me but as I was elderly she thought I might be lonely and need a chat. Said she was in East London and 16 yrs old sounding like a foreign call centre. I kept saying I'm not an oap.. im in my 50s.. and what scam are you running, what are you doing to my phone while we are talking . She got cross and upset that I didn't believe her I told her if I'm lonely I talk to God and wished her a good day

We received a call from this number. The caller stated that he wants to discuss my husband’s current life insurance policy. My husband has no life insurance policy therefore I suspect they are not genuine callers. Beware of rouge callers who want to get info about your account and take your hard earned cash. This number rang on 09/03/23. When I answered, the call just ended. This number rang again on 10/03/23. The caller had a South Asian accent, knew my name and enquired about the car accident I'd had. I responded that this would be the car accident I hadn't had and told him to stop wasting my time. There was a fairly insincere 'apology' that he'd been given the incorrect details.
This number just called my mobile, but left no vmail. I hid my number, and called it back. I received the "This number is not recognised" message - suspicious as a result!

SCAM Indian woman pretending to be BT saying that there were multiple unknown IP addresses connected to our internet. Tried to get me to go into the terminal of my computer and started inserting ridiculous stuff. As soon as I asked BT to email me officially and we take it from there, she went silent and hung up.
