Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. This is a cold call number used by Westfield finance Wasting my time BLOCKED

I just accept the call and leave my phone on the side and carry on with what I m doing. They normally hang up after a minute or so listening to me washing up/having a dump or whatever.

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. I believe they received this information from "Compare the Market" and not my insurer. Really annoying - this number keeps ringing. Hangs on long enough to record a silent message before hanging up.
