!!! SCAM !!! Evri (hermes) scam saying I owe a £1.45 shipping fee with a link to pay it or my parcel will be sent back to the sender. I’m not expecting any parcels and the text was also a different font and in bold so definitely a scam!

I'm not sure if this number is a scam or not because my card had stopped working the day before, but would always recommend if you need to contact the bank then google what their phone number is and ring that one, NOT the number a message asks you to call (for coop bank it should be 0345 721 2212)

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. SCAM a person called from this number saying my washing machine insurance had been taken out of my account an amount of 19.00 pounds where would I like the amount refunded to my current account or another account when I pointed out that I did not have the washing machine any longer and that no money had been taken from my account he out the phone down

SPAM Going by other reports it is a Bank Scam, claiming 2 dodgy payments on your account. But could also be the dreaded I'm calling from Microsoft - monitoring the worlds IP addresses and yours is being used illegally. Whoever they are block the number and relax. It might be good if you have your Banks fraud team number logged in the phones phone book.

I ignored the call as my phone said "potential fraud" i have blocked the number.
