Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. Scam call. Pretends to be from O2 offering half price bills. As soon as you say you're not with O2, it hangs up. Local London number but poor quality/routed phone line.
Had a text message stating: - "Evri: Our driver failed to deliver your parcel on May 9th 2023. Visit: https://shorturl.ae/18g2d For your parcel to be sent on a new date." It can only be a scam as I'm not expecting any delivery.

Calls from company called CMK trying to sell life insurance. Previously also got a call from them from 03303412016 which I'd already blocked.
there appears to be a large number of calls from the 0161 728 xxxx area, they all seem to be scams of one kind or another you should be very careful if you receive one. be on your guard.
