She proceeded to call me Mr William (my first name) and said they had done a search on me and found that I had been scammed (untrue) (my new isp did a search on me last week and found no trace of me online) She asked me to tell her what happened. Had a Spam Call with 01223936981 displayed (Cambridge). Recorded message played to me with usual '£700' suspicious charge from Amazon and '£2000' International Charge made on my Account etc. Ignored the request to respond. Telephoned the displayed number 15 minutes later, got 'unobtainable signal'. Note : an hour earlier had the same call but with a local Northampton number displayed. I called this number and the residents did not know anything about the Call. They reported it to BT for investigation.
You might be receiving the morning tea from this idiot but it's more than likely he is in your phone and masking what he is really doing reading your messages. He will come across as friendly by send scripture quotes from the bible or memes BUT make no mistake this clown is up to no good.
This is to harvest people’s voice related to your phone number and location for database. All done in a nano second by AI software. Someone wants to know where you are and that it is you answering the phone. That is why you get these calls several times daily even if you have told you are not interested.
SCAM - Have had varying numbers 02922 770715, 02922 770237, 02920 770128, 029220770716 calling everyday for the last month or so. They claim to be an energy company trying to frighten you regarding loft insulation. This is obviously a scam trying to lure people into parting with their hard earned cash whilst annoying them with phone calls everyday!!! If you have any numbers call similar to those mentioned above.. IGNORE THEM or preferably BLOCK THEM !!!!!
