Marketing Caller, polite when told I don t answer marketing questions over the phone

This number called me but on calling back the number was not recognised.

Didn t answer call but rang back to a recording saying "You have been called today by Team Search Market Research"

This number keeps ringing me up to six times per day, but as I do not answer until phone has rung four times, by the time I answer there is no one there. I am getting extremely fed up with this.

Started getting calls beginning this week, 3 or 4 times a day. I don t answer as don t recognise the number.

This number keeps ringing but as soon as I answer, nobody speaks. After a few seconds they hang up! So frustrating!!

Potential cost trap! I also had a phone call about my computer and its "harmful viruses." I said thanks but I dont have the conscience to accept help from a cold call. I felt I was putting my privacy in danger.

This is a company used by other organisations to collect Magazine Subscriptions as well as other type of subscriptions that people "fall into" by aggressive selling,on the phone after you agree to take a "free" copy of "National Geographic magazine". Have started calling me at least twice a day for about two weeks- they do not leave a message. If they didn t keep ringing when I am at work (and can not answer) I would answer and know who they are. Not ringing back incase it s one of those expensive calls.
