Had 3 calls so far today, 1 in morning 2 afternoon, all hang up after I pick up, regardless of wait time. No one knows my landline either, so don’t know how it’s being called unless it’s malicious. Other numbers that called to same extent were 01330 560922 and 01689 814765, both equally as perplexing.

But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. A verified NHS number (0800 678 3393) also called me yesterday with an automated machine asking me to confirm my appointment. When I said this to today's caller they said that there was a problem with their system and they needed to call again. Their tone sounded genuine. I will update this message if I find out otherwise.
