I'm not with EE he wanted my name then offered unlimited for £7 I refused to give any info at all.. I said you're getting nothing and hung up.. And now blocked.. Sick of them using UK numbers.

They call me. No audio. Terminated (not by me) within 1 or 2 seconds. I rang back. No ring, no answer, immediately terminateed (not by me) The only possible reason for this nuisance call is to check my number is active, which the operator does not need to do, no one else has a valid reason to. Any legitamate reason to verify a phone number would include verification of the recipient, and that's unlikely because of fraud.

Male non english accent called my landline from 07342065763 17 Jan 2023. Stated he was from Amazon security and that he had emailed me as someone had ordered a £600 phone on my account. I asked whose name was on the account as he said it was my name. I asked again whose name and he said D Maddison. When I say they don't live here he hung up. Obviously has some old phone records.

The number 01736 735261 called me about 10.30am 28/06/23 and it was a recorded message from an International Banking service stating I had made a payment of £300 to Amazon and £1100 to another provider. Told me to press 1 if correct and 2 to speak with an adviser. Pressed 2 and answered by "This is Officer Stephen, how can I help". When I asked which organisation he represented the phone went dead.

I did not respond so there was a long pause, so I ask if he was going to continue, he put the phone down. I recently changed from o2. I was called from this number this morning claiming to be from my bank. It was a recorded message and not a ‘live’ caller. I was informed there were two suspect transactions from my account and, if they weren’t from me, I should press 1 on my keypad. I hung up immediately, checked my bank account and saw that the transactions didn’t exist so I assume that this was an attempted scam.
Man with an Asian accent said he was from my service provider 02 and when I said they're not my service provider he hung up. As I am registered with the TPS etc and it was a UK number I will try to report it. SPAM
