Scam call from apparent electric complany. After telling them the "owner" is not in. He replies "can i say something. You have a nice voice. I want to hear it over and over again." WTF! I hung up there and then.

When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. Told her to F O and hung up. When looking the number up it appears genuine, so probably spoofed

AMAZON claimed to be from Amazon prime said I owed £95 and asked to chose an option obviously a scam number appears to be from Crewe but probably fake seemed to be an automated service

I received calls from people saying your number is showing up on their caller ID, it's likely that that my number has been spoofed by scammers. I don't have a business or anything like that. This number is a scam. My mum received a message from this number purporting to be me saying that I had broken my phone and could she use another number to message me on Whatsapp. This is the "Mum I've lost my phone scam" and this number cannot be trusted.

Automated message with American accent stating HMRC have sent me a letter and are starting court proceedings against me and to press 1 to speak with someone. I have checked with HMRC and this is a known scam.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Phone scams are a common way for criminals to con people out of money using various tricks to get your personal or financial information. Said he was was from Amazon and an order had been placed on my card for a iPhone at £799 and was it my order. Had my card been compromise?. Couldn't/wouldn't tell me what sort of card it was. Denied he was a filthy f******* scammer. Oh yes he was.

Strongly suspected scam call from "bank" which was unnamed saying unauthorised transactions had been taken against my card.

This number came up on a pop up box when trying to install a new version of Microsoft Office on a Mac. It said you needed to ring the number for help or you would lose the product. This is not the case and this company has no affiliation with Microsoft. It is a scam to get your credit card info and gain access to your computer. Run a separate Google search and ring Microsoft’s real helpline number if this happens to you. If you’ve already given them access to your computer ring Action Fraud.
