May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. Called at about 6pm on landline, hung up as I answered after about 4 rings.
Seems to be a Solar Panel company, cold calling. I told them that they were calling a business and they immediately hung up. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. How very rude. Sales people should realise that they represent their company and bad attitude reflects on the company.

I'm guessing spam - didn't let them get far to find out as I kept quizzing them about who they were and never confirming who they are supposed to be talking to. Said they were from a company called something like brnza (couldn't quite understand the accent) saying they want to email me something on behalf of Dell and they read out an email address they wanted me to confirm (which of course I wouldn't). I basically said this call is unauthorised, I refuse you to email me anything and do not call me again.
