He then proceeded to give me the whole talk on this pack they are sending out when that I can get cash back going in to hundreds of pounds per year. He then asked who I bank with, I lied about that, then asked for my sort code, I said I don’t have it on me. He said he’ll wait whilst I get it. When I said no he hung up. I’m happy to waste their time when they call now as much as they try to waste mine.

As some above - calling in regards to debt seeking someone who has never lived at this address. We suffered from repeated calls of the same nature from MacKenzie Hall / PRA Group for years and once we managed to get PRA to stay on the phone long enough to give an address wrote to them explaining the situation and demanding they cease harassment. That worked for approx 12 months until 8am this morning when calls for the same wrong person resumed. Presumably - knowing that the contact details are incorrect -
