they ring me on a daily basis telling me about being in an accident... i gave to war child once and They took 7 months worth of payments.

Because they want to be able to ring you again and again. They want to speak to a person not a machine. Its how this all works. And this is an energy company that is persistent!

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. This Indian sounding gentleman says he works for the Ministry of Justice in London & is the senior accounts manager working with a company called money saving expert to recover PPI insurances on loans & mortgages. For an up front cash fee(?290 or ?615) payable via Western Union, to India, he will arrange transfer of funds to you which amount to 10 s of thousands of pounds. Once the cash fee is paid another Indian sounding gentleman phones to get the Western Union transfer number(MCTN)& tells you everything
