Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. The users of these numbers are very difficult to understand. I only understood anything because booking number, but that was about it. I said several times that you should call me only if you can speak properly and normally. But so far nothing.

3 times this number has contacted me in the last 2 hour, each time asking for a different name none of which I know doing my head in now. They keep saying they will remove number then ring again half hour later!!

Can t find out who this is. Keeps ringing me 2/3 times a day. No messages left. Can t answer call as usually driving. Tried to call back but you get put on hold forever!

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor. He tried to convince me he was genuine and asked my press Ctrl Windows buttons on my keyboard so he could improve my internet connection speed. I again challenged whether he was from BT Openreach. H

Based on other comments- checked this number and sure enough it was from a telemarketer from help Your Claim. very noisy background (sounded like he was calling from a pub)
