Automated voice call from this number on Tues 27th June regarding a "transfer from my account in the sum of £1000+ and a transaction to Amazon in the sum of £300+" and I was invited to press button 1 to authorise both transactions which I obviously did not do. There was no description of which "account" involved in either the transfer or the Amazon transaction. Checking all accounts confirms NO cash transfer and NO transaction with Amazon.

SPAM - A company supposedly offering a free quote for solar panels, I've been selected as 1 of 4 houses in the area to receive a special discount!! The caller was obviously working to a script and couldn't handle me asking awkward questions. He didn't even bother to try to find out my name before going into the sales pitch. This number called my landline this morning. Indian/Pakistani lady claiming to be from BT. Said my internet speed wasn't up to scratch and did I know how to check the speed. I said I did and checked regularly. She asked when I last checked and what was the speed. I said I checked yesterday and the speed was was what I expected. The call was then ended abruptly from their end. Now blocked.

This is Waste Managed Ltd, also called Cheaperwaste Ltd. Avoid as you will regret a contract with them! There is a Facebook group Cheaperwaste Wastemanaged Unhappy Customers if you had trouble with them. Find a different bin company!

Debt collector, I think this is a check up call from Oxford TV licencing Enforcement Division to check if someone aged over 75 and still forced to buy a licence is still alive, The caller asks for you by name and when you say yes they make some excuse about not being able to hear properly saying they will call back later.
