To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.

TAX - scam call with automated message claiming to be HMRC who have issued and arrest warrant. If you owed tax HMRC would write to you!! DO NOT respond.
Been rang by this number several times this week, but they would not leave a message on my answer machine. They rang at 3pm today, so i answered the call. Was told they were Consumer helpline, and i was owed an over payment on a loan in 2011. Never had a loan. so they were phishing. Was told they had been given the wrong information. Don t know how they got my number as Ex-directory.
