Unsolicited call from 'Microsoft' claiming to be from Reading, England and with very English sounding names, but distinctly Indian sub-continent accents. Wanted to change settings on my 'computer' to prevent hacking. All sounded very plausible, and they gave this number for me to call back. I then did some research and discovered that it had to be a scam, since Microsoft would never make such a call. Beware & put the phone down immediately.

Indian man said he was calling from "England Claim Services" in Manchester. He addressed me by a bogus name I had given to a previous unsolicited caller. When asked he said the address was 96 Devon Road LU2 0RU which is in Luton. He gave me a contact number of 01624643245.
