A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were. I have just received a call from this number, telling me in a foreign accent that it was open reach calling about problems with my line and that my service provider is BT, which it is not. I was then told I was lying. He eventually hung up on me
Automated message to inform me that my BT email was about to be terminated. No response was asked for.
Fraud Bogus claim to be from Openreach, offering to cut BT line rental. In reality nothing to do with Openreach, just trying to get bank details for fraudulent purposes. Avoid any discussion with anyone from this number, put the phone down and block the number.
