Scammed my 76 year old dad. He paid ?150 for a piece of worthless plastic junk that does not work. Why arn t the goverment doing more to protect people from these nusiance callers. And guess what they won t give a refund.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Had this a few time - thought is was TRJ but must be SRJ asking if I was NAME press 1 if not press 2 then can you bring NAME to phone 1 yes 2 no then please ask NAME to call. When they called next I pressed 1 and got "you will be put through to next available operator - she asked was I NAME and I said "Actually I am not there is nobody of that name at this address" - she said she would take us off their list - whether that happens or not remains to be seen

Sales call about advertising on google, when i asked them to remove my details from the database they became very rude and when asked to remove my details again they hung up.

My husband has had this number come up on his phone saying his vodaphone bill not paid, when I checked it had been. Wanted payment details which he wouldn’t give. So yes a scam.

Had a missed called from this number, called them back and it turned out these guys are Financial trading company.

After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. I told him what a bad line it was and got him to repeat several times. He said he would call another time but I told him not to bother. I said I knew who it was calling.
