This number (01213187447) has been on my missed calls list every day and today I was in and answered. Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

Strange to be called from Malaysia

Was called by this number at 3PM, I missed it and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was muffled, had music playing in the background, with a woman speaking what sounded like Chinese, though it was hard to tell because the audio quality wasn't very good. Not sure if scam or just a wrong number dial.

Missed the call. The call came in at was just before 9pm. Even (I’m not saying this is but) if this was a valued call to be made, to ring at such an hour, is a joke. I say if you think you owe money contact the company yourself. Too many scams going on at the minute to be trusted answering unknown numbers.

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.
