Was called by this number at 3PM, I missed it and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was muffled, had music playing in the background, with a woman speaking what sounded like Chinese, though it was hard to tell because the audio quality wasn't very good. As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

He said our property was on their database as having old fashioned loft insulation. This caller purports to represent several companies in the advertizing business. On the face of it they are legit but on police and Solicitor advice steer well clear unless you want to be skinned by their relentless monetary tactics.
Fraud - this number claims to be from the National Crime Agency - stating that your NI number has been used for illegal activity.
