have been phoned by this number 3 times in the past few days, just office noise in the background and nobody speaks.

I have the same thing, waiting for furniture ordered online, couldn't pick up the phone and when trying to call back, the number doesn't take incoming calls...

These people insist on calling 2-5 times daily, despite having been told there is nothing for them to collect - 3 times, with evidence over the past 7 years!! They are ignorant pigs that need to be prosecuted
