I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Scammer. Called advising he was from Microsoft Technical Support and i had a virus on my pc ect. Told me to press windows sign and R and asked what do i see. Told him nothing. Had him going round in circles for 20 minutes before telling him my pc wasnt switched on. He then told me i was a timewaster haha kept the idiot from bothering somebody else for 20 minutes if nothing else

Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were. It really has put me off using them as I can imagine they will harass me if I do go for a consultation.
