Asian male, very aggressive, calling from Brummie Refunds, Birmingham. Trying to con ppl into PPI refunds. Hardly spoke English, probably shipped in on the back of the lorry and working for £1 an hour. Caller shouted everything, "I sign you up, I sign you up!!" Very intimidating. This is the latest, I answered the phone but did not speak waiting for the other person to speak first, they did not and hung up. I believe this is a scam relating to National Insurance, threatening to take your NI from you.
