I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.

SCAM/Fraud..received text pretending to be Santander. States large payment has been requested by 'Hismile' and asks you to confirm by texting back Y or N. DO NOT RESPOND.
Called 5 times in the span of 15 minutes, the first 3 leaving long voicemails of silence. Likely a spam caller trying to find out if your phone number is actively used, so they can send it on to more spam callers.

I this is a search i made for Matalan in Newcastle upon tyne I pponed the number as i wished to speak to customer servie. This number is on documentation relating to a complaint letter supposedly from Bank of Scotland. No complaint made looks like it wants you to phone the number where I suspect charges will be incurred. It is a scam and the second one I have received. Address does not tie up no phone number like it on bank website letter unprofessional.
