Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). Text claiming to be from Vodafone (I don't use them) but from an EE number, regarding payment and requiring details to be updated via a secure website which had 'vodafone.billing' as part of the url.
Fraud. They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification. These criminals then call you saying they're from your phone company and ask for the OTC that you've just received.
