I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. very intimidating, said would be arrested for tax evasion today if did not pay and they would not send any documents over! obviously a scam but very convincing, Said they worked for a law firm!

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. This number was a representative from a Greenpeace call agency. I checked with Greenpeace to validate this call and they confirmed it. They were asking for a direct debit payment after acquiring my number from a petition I signed. The service was friendly and informative and not malicious unless you don't like charity pressure calling.
