This caller purports to represent several companies in the advertizing business. On the face of it they are legit but on police and Solicitor advice steer well clear unless you want to be skinned by their relentless monetary tactics.

Called asked for Emily Simmonds. I told them that I didn t anyone of that name and that they must be operating a scam of some sort. They got quite stroppy when I told them this and eventually hung up. I ve been called several times before by different 0330808 numbers, always asking for Emily Simmonds.

Another one with too many digits to be a genuine UK number.

Called asking for my pension details saying they need to send out some new documents. Felt uncomfortable half way through call & asked them to confirm my scheme number. He couldn t & said their info appears to be wrong. He was very friendly & polite but nothing rang true. He said he will confirm his info & ring me right back. He didn t but I rang my pension company who confirmed it was nothing to do with them & they ll investigate. Fraudsters, do not tell them anything!

Fifth time they have phoned me. Today, I decided to play with them and told them that indeed I had been in an accident. Made up a load of details and then after around 30mins told them I had been playing with them and I hope I had wasted their time like they have wasted mine over the last few weeks. Even then he was trying to persuade me I had whiplash and when I told him I had not and had not been in an accident he said "You must not know what whiplash is!" This number called no massage left do not know anyone in Florida United States so will not answer possible scam

They call throughout the week and hang up. I have reported them twice through the Which campaign against nuisance calls and texts

Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!

Automated call asking if I had been involved in a car accident. Responding yes connected to a male who said he was from Aquapro guidance in Crown street London. When told my number was ex directory he hung up. Obvious scam.

Called our TPS registered line. Answered to hear call-center background noise (or similar) and a female voice reciting numbers, after which they hung up.

This is a company called Phillips & Cohen that buys debts from banks,gas Etc & then hounds the life out of people chasing money.DO NOT ANSWER.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. They offered to write off my company debt (which does not exist). I had alarm bells right from the beginning and definitely do not trust these guys. Do not trust them and definitely dont give any

Keeps calling even if you block it!! They just change one number! Left a wierd message just saying they had called and it was nothing to worry about!,

This number called me as a collection company for Scottish Power but when I phoned Scottish Power they let me know I was actually in credit and they had never heard of this company. Do not speak to them!!!

I keep getting calls from this number. It isn't listed and if you call back there is silence.

Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.
