Calls from 01204311988 are from Goodwin Barrett. It’s their call centre. It uses a computer program to ring your number, and if you answer, and an agent is available to talk to you they will, but if not, some hear a ‘goodbye’ some a essage, and some hear nothing. So you can ring them back on their Freephone number, using 141 to make your telephone number appear to them as ‘anonymous’ and definitely at no cost to you. Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Googled his number whilst he was on the line and numerous reports of him being a scammer and not E-on.
