Then the same message in Chinese. As I did not press a button, the call ended. (And I am not waiting for a parcel). I am very suspicious, as I never got a call from Royal Mail from a mobile number, they normally leave a notification behind to pick it up yourself. Phone number who tried to get information about me and my house via a survey without explaining the purpose of it. They dropped the call as soon as I told them I didn't know who they were because I am a foreigner and had never heard of them.
Maybe they are legit but they called me at gone 8pm just for a survey that could've been an email! They call quite often too, personally I just ignore them.
