SCAM Called saying they were from BT and my internet speed had been reported as an issue. A technician are working on it, but it was software on my router that was wrong. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!

Text to my phone saying Hi Mum not Hi Dad phone smashed can to WhatsApp me on my friends phone. Rang both our sons not smashed

Caller said my bank account had 2 lots of unusual activity and to press 1 to cancel the transaction. I put the phone down.

I'm not with EE he wanted my name then offered unlimited for £7 I refused to give any info at all.. I said you're getting nothing and hung up.. And now blocked.. Sick of them using UK numbers.

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. the number called, when I answered a recorded message advised there was suspicious activity on my account, press 1 to let the payments go through and press 2 to speak to customer service. I hung up! I recalled the number from another telephone and got through to Tesco mobile answerphone. FRAUD!

They are scammers. 33758286792 rang today & hung up when i answered - 24 hours after a scammer message from 33975819984 rang claiming money had been transferred from account to foreign country. Treat these numbers as dangerous / scammers.

SCAM 769256245 is the number dialled when I tried to voice call the sender of a Phishing scam text message claiming to be from "RoyalMail" which contained a dodgy link to arrange delivery of a fictional "Bezos Limited" parcel. The text was forwarded to NCSC Phishing Reports on 7726.

Cold-calling to do with promoting books on Amazon.com for self-published authors. I am not the person they’re trying to contact, although they have the same name. Poor research on their part. They also have my email address. It looks like a London number, but I’m not 100% convinced that it’s UK based. They referred to Amazon.com, not Amazon.co.uk. Caller had an American accent. Judging by other reviews, they’re looking scam money from you. This is a new direction. SCAM

SCAM!! Called saying someone was trying to buy an iPhone on my account. They sent me an Amazon authentication code and wanted me to tell them what it was! I think this is so they could gain access to my account. Very scary they could do this. I have now changed my Amazon login details!
