I'm pretty sure that this is a scam number. It's number called me and told me that there had been a fraudulent charge on my visa number and asked me to dial 1. The number did not ask for my name. The number did not give me any digits from my account numbers. I don't hold a visa card. I did not press one. I hung up immediately. Obvious scam beware!
Recording telling you they are from Amazon about your Prime membership & inviting you to press a number to cancel it. I imagine this will end up costing you money if you do so.
