The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. With the way they are handling calls they will be out of business soon. They souldn t be allowed to handle such an important database with customers details on them.

Begining to think the whole website is one big scam, Despite being very well qualified in childcare I have only had one person contact me after sending messages to 30+ different people looking for childcare and even this fell through when I suggested meeting up. After seeing this even more worried. They probably have details of lots of parents with very young children too.

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.
I received a lot of calls last week from 02039662273. It seems from London but when I answer they don t speak so I don t know what they want. Possible scam I believe.

I went on account, asked Amazon to call me direct to check, was told it's a scam number and email. Reported to [email protected] . Never accept the call, always check with the company direct.

Def a sales site but How did they get our home number as its not listed..and we never give it out..
This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !
