Some woman spoke extremely fast with an Indian accent, the only word I could make out was repairs. I asked her to speak clearly and she hung up. This is the second call with a London prefix this afternoon. Scam callers are getting extremely annoying.

Definite scam. Claimed (falsely) to be Harry from Carphonewarehous3 in London calling because "we have a special offer on new phones today". I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately? The number called from was not 839, the number was 849. the 849 number was not listed. The 849 number said they were the I. R. S.. "SCAM" Was the call from England or Ohio?
