I was called by this number and was offered a 30% discount on the next bill. They had my email address and they asked me to give them 1 time pass code. However when the conversation continued and I was asked the security sensitive questions I refused to answer Definitely a scam!

Claimed to be a solicitor but the comments ive read state its a debt collection agency. They spoke so quickly on the phone unable to remember the name of the company to research if they real or scam.

Indian accent, claiming to be from O2 offering 30% discount on your plan. They try to trick you by submitting a 'forgotten password' command onto your account. You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. Claimed to be from Currys/PC World. From a mobile number??? I have had no dealings with Currys, so at the least this is spam (unwanted sales) but at worst could be a scam (fraud) from someone pretending to be them.

This number is from Indian phone scammers reporting to be from Microsoft , having received error messages from my Windows computer. I do not use Windows computers .!

Fraud SCAM Got a call from this number, 21/02/2024 at 16:41. Scam caller claiming to be carphone warehouse, which I have no account or dealings with. The people on the other end were talking together unaudibly for at least 30 seconds before some lady spoke through the phone claiming to be carphone warehouse, which she called ‘carphone company’. Hang up and block this number immediately.

SCAM. FRAUD. Be very alert. When asked what CITY they are in, they said Merseyside in St Helens. I had no idea 0161 belongs to that area. Always thought it belongs to the Manchester District.
