i live in the area where the call number originates from but its not from here its usually someone from liverpool or up north with crap about car accident etc etc, tried calling it back but puts you on hold with music playing and american voice every now and again saying your call is important please hand on if only people could find a real job rather than harrassing people on a daily basis

They re a bunch of scum nuggets, keeps calling me, Blocked and they still come back with a slightly different number. Computer assisted agent asked about a car accident, kept asking about accidents and someone hitting my car. In the end I said I had an accident last night and was transferred to a real person. He just kept saying "Hello", probably because I muted the call :)
