A scouser John called and said he was calling from property services ltd... or something, and was calling to see if I qualified for government subsidy. He was nice enough, but it worried me a bit that he knew my name and had my address. Politely asked him to remove me and do one.

Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

Have been getting calls from this number for a while. But last week I told them I wasn?t interested in any survey and the guy started using racist and abusive language. Unwanted call from I talk telecom. Although call was from Chesterfield I am doubtful. Was going to check my line to see if I was receiving the best deal on my telephone service. Cut the call there and then. So no idea what was going to happen then.
