Under MRS T&C a company is obliged to reveal the name of the company hes calling from and this guy didnt want to do that. This number when called back tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. My opinion is by experience that it’s a spam number. Usually trying to sell something or get details from you for insurance or PPI claims. I have blocked now.
