Suggests they are from your bank (but they don't tell you which one because they don't know) Informs you by automated call that large transfers have been made out of your account (which is rubbish). They hope you will be daft enough to talk to them so they can obtain your bank details. Why the Police and Telephone companies still allow these fraudsters to operate it beyond me.

He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. SCAM Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

SCAM. Indian accent, hectic indian call centre background, typical scammers, they said they recieved word this morning from the UK government that I was in debt. They failed to provide my full name, my address, or any information as to how they got my number other than 'from the government' It's a bit funny because they tried this last month as well off a different number when the government contacted their office to get in contact with me that morning too, they know nothing but your number and partial name

Yet they called my nans old landline which I wanted to keep when they house was sold following my uncles death so I had it redirected to my phone. I know this is a scam as they used my uncles name and he had been dead since 2020 so there is no way his computer was sending them any reports

This number has been searched at least 1250 times, if not more. The POLICE are aware and need to identify these scammers, so the more it is reported the better the chance of catching them. There is a new rash of SCAMMERS out there trying to get people's money and DEFRAUDING them. They must be caught and proosecuted! REPORT, REPORT, REPORT!

Scam call telling me my internet will be disconnected in 24 to 48 hours asking me to call back

Beware. Asian sounding lady claimed to be storing my will and wanted to go through and check for updates. They knew my name and postcode. I hung up and went to our solicitor who said wills are held in their own store and they know nothing about any cold calls.
