However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . When they called next I pressed 1 and got "you will be put through to next available operator - she asked was I NAME and I said "Actually I am not there is nobody of that name at this address" - she said she would take us off their list - whether that happens or not remains to be seen
