The number called my friend and asked "how are you " on WhatsApp we didn't recognise the number so it is now blocked. We know no-one from Russia.

Very elaborate work scam. This phone number will text saying there is a position in a US company to optimise apps. The website seems legit but once you do all they say. They will ask you to send them money to unblock the cryptomomey. Dont do it and report it.

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. This number appeared on warning that a Trojan virus was on our computer. I phoned it and felt it was a "bad" number when owner answered. I have since had a dodgy phone call to my mobile.
