Supposedly Amazon Customer Services recorded message call saying a £700 order quoting a fictitious order number has been frozen, press 1 to cancell the order.
Scam recorded message saying that they are stopping use of my National insurance number as I have committed several frauds and criminal activity, press 1 to speak with an officer... and no doubt get fleeced lots of money for doing so. Vodafone Sales Rep bursting my nut about better offers on Contract Sims. Wouldn t listen to Happy with My PAYG and not interested, infact, he completely ignored me and went into his speel. Asked f his phone can do this and Hung up on him. Now Blocked. I knew they were going to call. Received a text a while back but replied with the STOP text. Shows how they pay attention to that.

SCAM said they were calling from virgin media and my internet was running slow. I questioned that he was from v.m. as they would put compensation credit on next billing - surely ?? Sounded like a busy telesales background noise. Man spoke English but with a strong Indian subcontinent accent.

SCAM - has to be as I have no contacts in the north of England and the number, once blocked, is followed within a couple of hours by another similar number coming from the same location. This has happened to me 4 times now - the same pattern of one number followed a couple of hours later by another. AVOID as it can only be a scam.

Call from this number reporting to be from the google trade council!?!? The person at the end of the phone was desperate to get some more information about my business. At the end of a lengthy call the caller became very aggressive and said "p122 off you time waster" and hung up!!
