As a consequence of reading the Sunday Telegraph on 2 August 2015 I saw an online car extended warranty advert. Applied to the URL and completed online form; received a quote for ?1000/yr which is excessive and I will not use. Now being called by 0118-971-9700 daily But have blocked that number on my phone.

Is this a genuine recruitment number

Caller tried to sell me an alrm/emergency pendant but did not mention either my name nor his so hung up and blocked number

The same Indian man keeps ringing me, when I challenge him he puts the phone down. Tried ringing the number back but it doesn't ring.

I received several calls from accident claim company but they withheld number so one evening when I had nothing better to do I made up a fake accident and name. Two days later ...

Not on my phone list so I went to this site to see if it was dodgy,it is!!!.....

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

10 to 15 calls a week. 99% are automated calls. we were lucky to get hold of an actual human being. unfortunately those humans are as automated as their mechanical colleagues. they unable to comprehend even the simplest syntax like: do not call me again!!!!!!!!!!

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. This person asked to speak to me - I asked who was calling & she put the phone down - I called back using 141 & the number is now unavailable - Very strange

I received a couple of calls from this credit service company who offering debt help. I said that I m not interested in debt help and hung up.
