SCAM. I got a very convincing text from this number but it is 100% a scam. The text said ‘ We attempted to deliver your EVRI parcel TZXXDA0732617072 today but no one was home. To avoid your parcel being returned visit: https://evri-parcelsecure.com’. The text was sent at 4am though so there was no way it was legit/they had tried to deliver that day. The link looks legit too but asks you to pay a redelivery fee.

I always answer in this way when I receive an unexpected phone call from an unfamiliar number. Legitimate callers always say "hello" and try to get a response. Scammers hang up. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?
