Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.

Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! SCAM This started out as a text asking if i was Anna. They werent sure they had the right No. I said no it wasnt. They then initiated a conversation which soon led to them asking for personal info. They gave me this No, saying it was their company No and i could join their private Whatsapp so we could exchange photos. When I started asking about what they said was their home town, they stopped replying...unsurprisingly. The No they were texting from is a deffinate scam No, so this No is likely dangerous

I answered the phone, silence, then a recorded message said they were RMG and they could not connect me to one of their advisers at the moment, If I wish to call them back then they would connect me to an adviser. Obviously a "sales call" trying to get me to part with my money. Conclusion: Illegal activity.
